Welcome to the second edition of LO Flow - thanks for giving us a try, and kudos to you for being open to new things. Now, letâs dive into the latest.
Lake Oswego city council is in favor of reducing speed limits on all residential and neighborhood collector streets to 20 mph. Although crash data on residential streets is limited, some parts of the city lack pedestrian infrastructure that help keep walkers, runners, bikers, and kiddos safe.
As a parent of young kids, I love a slow moving car on my block. But as a taxpayer and driver with a little bit of lead in my foot, $150K to redo all of the speed limit signs for a 5 mph reduction has me feeling conflicted.
So rev your opinion engines here and weigh in. Are you team slowpokes or team need for speed?

Price: $4,999,999 đž
Details: If you like white, columns, and carrara, she is your gal. This house is a beautiful blank slate. Tons of room for a buyer to insert their energy and personality.
I also laughed at the price on this one. Yes, there is the psychological idea of pricing just under a breakpoint. I donât know if trying to create a perceived âgood dealâ actually creates value with buyers who can afford a $5M house. Real estate agents â would love your hot takes.
